How to Apply for a Casual Stall

Firstly you will need to APPLY to be stallholder at the market.

This applies to EVERYONE who wishes trade the markets (including those who only want a one-off stall or garage sale/bric-a-brac)

Read our Market Regulations and , if you agree to them, complete out the Online Application Form.

We will then assess your application and advise via email if you were sucessful in becoming a stallholder at the market. This process generally takes around 14 days.

You only need to complete this form once.

We keep your Online Application Form on record, so you just need to contact us on a weekly basis if you wish to book in to the market.

Once you are trading at the market, you may rebook for the following week onsite.

We only book one week at a time, so to begin trading / or if you have taken a break from trading and wish to book in again, just follow the steps below to book by phone or email.

ONLY CALL IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED APPROVAL

Call (02) 9315 8988 on the Monday or Tuesday prior to the coming Sunday Market and leave the following details on our answering machine:

• Your Name and stallholder ID number
• The Product/s that you intend to sell.
• Telephone Number

ONLY EMAIL IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED APPROVAL

Email info@bondimarkets.com.au on Monday or Tuesday prior to the coming Sunday Market and leave the following details:

• Your Name and stallholder ID number
• The Product/s that you intend to sell.

What Happens Next?

Confirmation of a Booking

• We will call/email you by 5pm Thursday if you have been selected to attend the Market on the coming Sunday.

If you do not receive a call

• If you do not receive a call, it is because the Market is fully booked.

• We limit the number of stalls we have in each product category every week and select from the weekly stall applications according to the Market’s requirements.

• If you are not selected for a casual stall in a particular week, feel free to re-apply another week as our product requirements vary from week to week.

What To Do On The Day

All Stallholders are granted consent to occupy a stall at the Market on the condition that they agree to the terms and conditions of the Market Regulations and hand in a completed Application Form prior to trading.

You must agree to the Market Regulations if you wish to trade at the Markets.

When you receive confirmation of your booking, read our Market Regulations and, if you agree to them, print out and complete out the Stallholder Registration Form.

Bring a completed Application Form to the Market

Bring the completed Registration Form with you to the Market and hand it to our staff at the Administration Desk when you are being allocated a stall.
