On the very last Saturday in October, star chef Darren Robertson from The Table Sessions will use Bondi Farmers Market produce and create a menu of meals for a brunch banquet as the final foodie fling for the Crave food festival that took place throughout October.
Darren will dish up all fresh, al fresco fare including pulled pork buns, warm oatmeal with poached market fruits, crepes with market fruits and more seasonal delights.
Proving that an apple never falls far from the tree, Darren will be using the 100 mile ethos to ensure the ingredients are limited to local and the consumer is aware where their sauce is sourced!
